公共接口 symm

SYMM 执行以下矩阵-矩阵运算之一:C := alphaAB + betaC 或 C := alphaBA + betaC,其中 alpha 和 beta 是标量,A 是对称矩阵,B 和 C 是 m×n 矩阵。
